The Quirky keeps its tiers fixed at their playful angles, and the whole tree spins on its base instead. No hunting for number 17 round the back.

Which trees turn, and how?
The Faceted and Scalloped trees have tiers that each turn on their own rollers. The Quirky’s tiers are fixed at playful angles, and the whole tree spins on its base.
How do the colours work?
Each tree uses up to three colours. You choose them, then decide which colour goes on the star, each section, the base, the doors, the numbers and the decorations. Sparkle Green and Sparkle Gold add $5.50 each. Silk and sparkle filaments shimmer and shift in real light, so every tree has its own glow.
Can I ask for something special?
Yes. There’s a special requests box when you design your tree. We’ll do our best, but we can’t promise every request.
Does it come filled?
No, it arrives empty so you can fill it with what your people love. Each door suits small wrapped treats, notes or tiny gifts.
Is it safe for little ones?
It isn’t suitable for children under 3. It contains small parts, including the rollers, which are a choking hazard. Keep it out of reach of young children.
When do orders close?
Orders for this Christmas close on 24 November. We print every tree to order, so this gives us time to print, check and get it to you before door one.
Where do I collect it?
From Highton in Geelong. The full address and a pickup time come with your order confirmation once your tree is ready.
Do prices include GST?
Yes, every price includes GST. You’ll get a tax invoice by email with your order.
Can I return it?
Each tree is made to order in the colours you choose. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll fix or replace it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
