# Personal Use Licence

**Version 1.0. Effective 30 October 2026.**

This licence applies when you buy STL files from The Qurated, a business name of
Slant Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 95 642 453 307). “We” and “us” means The Qurated. “You”
means the person who buys the files.

## 1. What you get

When you buy a file, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence
to download it and 3D print it for personal, non-commercial use.

## 2. What you can do

 * Print as many copies as you like for yourself and your household.
 * Print copies to give as gifts, as long as you don’t charge for them or get anything
   in return.
 * Change the colours, scale or settings, and remix the design for your own personal
   use.
 * Share photos of your prints. We’d love it if you tagged us.

## 3. What you can’t do

 * Sell, rent or trade prints, including at markets, online, on commission or through
   print-on-demand.
 * Share, upload, sell or give away the files, or modified versions of them, anywhere,
   including file-sharing sites, model libraries and social media.
 * Use the files or prints to promote or advertise a business.
 * Claim the design as your own.

## 4. Selling prints

To sell prints of our designs, you need a commercial licence. Contact us through
the commercial licence form on our website, or at support@thequrated.com.au.

## 5. Ownership

We own the designs, the files and all intellectual property in them. Buying a file
gives you this licence, not ownership of the design.

## 6. Printing and safety

Print results depend on your printer, settings and materials, so we can’t guarantee
how your prints turn out. Printed trees contain small parts, including the rollers,
which are a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under 3 years. You
are responsible for printing safely and for any prints you make or give away.

## 7. Refunds

Because files are delivered digitally and instantly, we don’t offer refunds for 
change of mind. Nothing in this licence limits your rights under the Australian 
Consumer Law. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix
it, replace it or refund you.

## 8. If the licence ends

If you break these terms, your licence ends straight away, and you must stop using
the files and delete them.

## 9. Law

This licence is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
